Project Contingency & Mitigation Plans In my last blog, we went over two key segments of a Steering Committee agenda: overview and open decisions. The agenda then moves onto a very important, albeit scary, part of the presentation which highlights the top five “at risk” items of the project, backed by contingency and mitigation plans.
