case scenario, In share point service administration site is working and default database is connecting with static IP of sql database if user removed static ip of database server then sharepoint stop working. I tried to change ip with pc name in sharepoint administration then still problem exists. Now timeout error is not coming but sometimes error is coming like “ share point issued an error please contact to system administration” from user side. This error is coming for only one ep page.
