Hi Folks,
Recently in my one of AX environments i could not add the privileges and duties to existing roles using the security role form all the add , remove, new and delete button were disabled.
Please find the below screenshot.
Resolution :-
Probably the security roles is disabled because of Version Control is Enabled.
To disable the Version Control, open a development workspace (ctrl + d), and go to Version Control - Parameters. On the general tab, set "Version control status" to Disabled.
Reopen the security roles form and the buttons should be enabled now and also have in mind Version Control is disabled now.
