When you initially planned your business process transformation and ERP implementation project, you created a thorough project plan that included all of the items that needed to be completed before the project was ready to go live. And as go live approached, processes were re-engineered, waste was removed, enterprise software was configured and installed, and users were trained on how to use their new systems and tools.
