With Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, you can answer the important questions. Need to know total headcount? Turnover percentages for the month, year, or quarter? You can use tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL Server Analysis Services, and Power View to create custom reports based on the data in the HR analysis cube. As you become more familiar with the data in the cube, you'll be able to find answers to more and more of your questions, easily. Power View provides quick and easy visualization of your data. You can access the same data just as you would by using Microsoft Excel or SQL Server Analysis Services, then quickly visualize the raw data and organize it into a library of charts that correspond to one another. You can then access that library in a list format, or place any chart from the library into any role center.
